Information we handle
The information involved depends on how you use the website.
- Catalog and cart: selected products, product specifications and public product codes, quantities, and catalog price information.
- Inquiry details: first and last name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, country, state or province, ZIP or postal code, and—if supplied—company or organization and request Notes.
- Inquiry record: an Inquiry ID, submission date, selected-product snapshot, catalog price snapshot, request status, and assigned representative information when a representative has been assigned.
- Status lookup: the Inquiry ID and email address entered to verify access to the status of the matching inquiry.
- Support communications: information you choose to provide by email or through WhatsApp after opening an external conversation with a representative.
- Service protection: limited browser, network, and request information used to protect the website, reduce repeated failed lookups, and prevent duplicate or abusive submissions.
The Contact page itself is an official representative directory and does not include a customer contact form.
How information is used
We use customer and inquiry information to receive and review requests, respond to customers, check product and destination availability, confirm commercial and shipping terms, assign an appropriate sales representative, provide inquiry-status access, preserve the submitted catalog snapshot, maintain business records, and protect the service.
Submitting an inquiry is not consent to receive marketing. If LVPEPTIDE later offers marketing communications, enrollment must use a separate, explicit choice.
Browser storage and similar technology
The website uses browser storage to keep the customer experience consistent across page changes and refreshes:
- Local storage keeps public cart references and quantities on the device until the cart or browser data is cleared.
- Session storage keeps the in-progress inquiry, including entered contact and destination details, Notes, selections, and price snapshot, and may temporarily keep confirmation details. Session data is scoped to the browser tab or session.
Anyone with access to the same device and browser profile may be able to view locally stored information. You can clear it using the cart controls or your browser settings.
LVPEPTIDE does not currently add cookies for advertising or analytics, or use advertising pixels, analytics tools, session replay, or advertising tracking in the catalog and inquiry experience. Any future tracking feature will require a separate review before it is activated.
Who may receive information
Information may be accessed by authorized LVPEPTIDE staff who review and manage inquiries. A representative assigned to an inquiry may receive the contact, destination, product selection, catalog price snapshot, and customer-provided Notes needed to assist with that inquiry.
If you choose WhatsApp, your communication is also handled through WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy practices.
Customer status pages show the submitted request details and status available to the customer. Private staff notes and information used to manage the service are not displayed through customer status lookup.
How long information is kept
LVPEPTIDE’s current retention target for submitted customer and inquiry records, and for business support or WhatsApp communications kept as records, is 10 years, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.
Retention may also depend on recordkeeping needs, disputes, security, legal obligations, and the ability to apply deletion through active systems and backups.
Privacy questions, correction, or deletion requests
To ask a privacy question or request access, correction, or deletion, email fei90757@gmail.com. Include enough information for us to locate the relevant inquiry, such as the Inquiry ID and the email used to submit it.
We may need to verify that the request comes from the appropriate person. The response available will depend on applicable law and any recordkeeping, security, dispute, or other obligations that require information to be retained.
Security, status access, and age
Inquiry-status access requires both the Inquiry ID and the email address used in the original submission. Repeated unsuccessful requests may be limited to protect customer records and service availability. Avoid checking an inquiry on a shared device, or clear locally stored information when finished.
The website is intended only for people aged 18 or older. We do not ask customers to submit medical records or payment-card details through the inquiry process.
